Shipping & Returns
We ship from our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands. Every order is carefully packaged so your Bisou arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery
Delivery is complimentary and tracked. Within the European Union, all prices include VAT. Outside the European Union, prices are shown in your local currency and include duties, taxes and delivery, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
Orders placed on a business day are dispatched within one business day. Orders placed at the weekend leave on Monday.
Netherlands and Belgium: 1 to 2 business days
France, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg: 2 to 3 business days
Rest of the European Union: 3 to 5 business days
United Kingdom: 2 to 3 business days
United States: 2 to 5 business days
Switzerland and Norway: 2 to 4 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 2 to 5 business days
Hong Kong and Singapore: 3 to 5 business days
Gulf countries (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): 2 to 5 business days
Tracking your order
The moment your parcel leaves us, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Returns
If your Bisou isn't right, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It should come back unused, in its dust bag and box, with tags attached. Returns are free within the European Union.
To start a return, write to support@nomai-amsterdam.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
Your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (14 days from delivery) is unaffected. Our 30-day policy is offered in addition to it.
Outside the European Union, customers in the United Kingdom and Norway may return an order within 14 days of delivery, and customers in Saudi Arabia within 7 days. The bag must be unused, and return shipping is at your cost. Orders to all other countries outside the European Union, including the United States, are final sale, except faulty or incorrect items, which we replace or refund. Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we inspect it and issue your refund within 5 business days, to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirming it.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, write to support@nomai-amsterdam.com with photographs. We'll replace it or refund you in full, with return shipping covered. Every Bisou also carries the two-year legal guarantee of conformity you have as a consumer in the EU.
