Size
41 cm wide, 28 cm high and 19.5 cm deep, with a 24 cm handle drop. It's a generous bag, sized to carry everything a day out needs. The pouch measures 28 × 18 cm and the outside pockets are 14 cm deep.
Materials
The flap is pebbled microfibre in deep espresso, with NOMAI embossed once. The body is high-tenacity nylon in a matching espresso, chosen because it takes the weight of a full day and wipes clean. All the hardware is solid brass with a gold tone, including the zip that closes the main compartment under the flap. Nothing on it comes from an animal.
Pockets and pouch
Two pockets inside keep bottles upright, and two more sit on the outside, one on each side. There's also a zipped pocket inside for valuables and a key leash, so your keys are where you left them.
A 28 × 18 cm pouch rests against the back panel, held in place by magnets. Lift it out with one hand and take the essentials to the changing table, while the bag stays in the pram, at the table or in the hall.
Four ways to carry it
By the arched top handle. On the shoulder with one strap. Across the body: extend one of the straps and clip it to the two attachments at the top of the bag. Or on your back, with both straps clipped on, when you need your hands free. The two stroller straps let it hang from the pram handle.

Free tracked delivery across the EU, with all taxes included, dispatched from the Netherlands within one business day. You have 30 days to return it, which is longer than the law requires, and returns in the EU are free. Every Bisou carries the two-year EU legal guarantee of conformity.
Care
Wipe the flap and body with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For marks that linger, add a drop of mild soap to lukewarm water, wipe gently and let it air-dry away from direct heat. Keep the brass dry and away from abrasive cleaners.

The Bisou stands up on its own, whether it's packed for a whole day or holding little more than your keys. The arched handle and the turn-lock sit where you'd expect them on a good handbag.
Solid brass, down to the zip
Every piece of hardware is solid brass, gold-toned, from the turn-lock to the zip under the flap. The flap is pebbled microfibre and the body is high-tenacity nylon. Nothing on it comes from an animal.
A pouch that lifts out
A detachable pouch rests against the back panel, held in place by magnets. Lift it out with one hand and your essentials come with you, while the bag waits in the pram, at the table or in the hall.

Orders placed on a business day leave the Netherlands within one business day, tracked. The Netherlands and Belgium take 1 to 2 business days, France, Germany, Austria and Luxembourg 2 to 3, and the rest of the EU 3 to 5.
Within the EU, send it back unused within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and returns are free. Email support@nomai-amsterdam.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label. Our refund policy covers other countries.
