Free delivery to the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Gulf (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman).
Every order is dispatched from the Netherlands and arrives tracked. We send you the tracking number the moment your parcel leaves us.
Delivery times
Netherlands and Belgium: 1 to 2 business days
France, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg: 2 to 3 business days
Rest of the European Union: 3 to 5 business days
United Kingdom: 2 to 3 business days
United States: 2 to 5 business days
Switzerland and Norway: 2 to 4 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 2 to 5 business days
Hong Kong and Singapore: 3 to 5 business days
Gulf countries: 2 to 5 business days
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at the weekend, are dispatched the next business day.
Taxes and duties
All prices include VAT. Outside the European Union, all import duties and taxes are included in the price. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.

If something goes wrong
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or doesn't arrive, write to us. We'll resolve it.
