Returns

We want you to live with The Bisou before you decide.

Within the European Union, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The bag should come back unused, in its dust bag and box, with tags attached.

How to return

Write to support@nomai-amsterdam.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.

Returns are free within the European Union.

Your refund

Once your return reaches us, we inspect it and issue your refund within 5 business days, to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirming it.

Exchanges

Write to us and we'll arrange it. Same 30-day window.

Your legal right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Our 30-day policy is offered in addition to this right and does not replace it.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at support@nomai-amsterdam.com with a clear statement of your decision. You may also use the model withdrawal form.

Orders outside the European Union

Our 30-day free return policy applies within the European Union only. Customers in the United Kingdom and Norway may cancel within 14 days of delivery, and customers in Saudi Arabia within 7 days, under local consumer law; the bag must be unused and return shipping is at the customer's cost. Orders to all other destinations are final sale, except for faulty or incorrect items.

If something arrives wrong, write to us. We cover the cost and we make it right.
