Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of nomai-amsterdam.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you accept them.

Who we are

Nomai Amsterdam OÜ

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, because an item is unavailable or because we cannot verify payment or delivery details, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency. Within the EU, prices include VAT. Outside the EU, prices include duties, taxes and delivery. Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

If a price is listed incorrectly through obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Delivery

Set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns and withdrawal

Set out in our Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law is unaffected by anything in these terms.

Product accuracy

We photograph our products carefully, but colour can vary between screens. Small variations in material and finish are inherent to the way our bags are made and are not defects.

Legal guarantee

Goods sold to consumers in the EU carry a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is faulty, write to us at support@nomai-amsterdam.com and we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with your rights.

Intellectual property

The NOMAI name, our designs, photography, and website content belong to Nomai Amsterdam OÜ and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, write to us first. We would rather resolve it directly. If we cannot, you may refer the dispute to the competent national consumer bodies or courts.

Your consumer rights

As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
