How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by location and delivery speed:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders are subject to customs duties and VAT, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package in real time.
What if my order is delayed?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund is issued to your original payment method.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@nomai.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Can I exchange my bag for a different color or style?

Are return shipping costs refundable?
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
