Shipping

 

We ship worldwide from our facility in Estonia. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your Nomai bag arrives in perfect condition.

 

Domestic (EU) Shipping

 

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days | EUR 15
  • - Express Delivery: 2-3 business days | EUR 35
  • - Free shipping on orders over EUR 500

International Shipping

 

  • Standard Delivery: 10-14 business days | EUR 35
  • - Express Delivery: 5-7 business days | EUR 65

Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local carrier issues.

 

Order Processing

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has shipped, you can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Most carriers provide real-time tracking updates.

 

Customs & Duties

 

For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and VAT. These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information.

 

Returns

 

We want you to love your Nomai bag. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

 

Return Eligibility

 

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • - Must include all original packaging and accessories
  • - Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • - Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Return Process

 

  1. Contact our support team at support@nomai.com with your order number
  2. 2. Receive a return shipping label and instructions
  3. 3. Package your item securely and ship it back to us
  4. 4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refunds

 

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your bag arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@nomai.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

 

Exchange

 

If you'd like to exchange your bag for a different color or style, please contact support@nomai.com. We're happy to help facilitate exchanges.
