These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "your") and Nomai OÜ ("Company", "Nomai", "we", "us", or "our"), a private limited company registered in Estonia.

Products and Pricing

2.1 Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase products on these Terms. We will send you an order confirmation email when we accept your order.

2.2 Nomai reserves the right to accept or reject any order, in its sole discretion.

2.3 Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations requested after this period will be subject to our cancellation policy.

3. Payment

3.1 All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our checkout page.

3.2 By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information is accurate and complete.

3.3 Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.

3.4 All sales are final except as provided in our Returns Policy.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Nomai ships worldwide from our facility in Estonia. Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays.

4.2 The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable orders.

4.3 We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, local carrier issues, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. In general, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

5.2 Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5.3 All refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt and inspection.

7.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOMAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST REVENUE, EVEN IF NOMAI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7.2 NOMAI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

9. Indemnification
